1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 - 17 oz. can corn, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 T. flour
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp.cinnamon
1 c. grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir ground beef until browned; stir flour into beef mixture and cook 1 min. Add tomato sauce, garlic, and cinnamon to meat mixture and stir together. Set aside. Spread corn in bottom of an 8x8x2 in. baking dish. Combine eggs and cottage cheese; spread mixture over corn. Layer meat mixture on top of eggs and cottage cheese. Can freeze at this point or sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 350 uncovered for 30 min.
