1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. (3 1/2 cups) tomatoes
2 small cans tomato paste
2 envelopes Larry's dry Spaghetti Sauce
2 cloves garlic or 4 tsp. garlic juice
2 tbsp. oregano
10 ox. lasagna noodles

Combine in a separate bowl:
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

12 oz. Mozzarella cheese, slices thin

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, add tomato mixture. Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

Cook noodles, drain in cold water. (put oil in water so noodles do not stick).

Lightly grease 13x9 pan.

Layer sauce, noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, meat sauce. Repeat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 375 for 35 minutes.

I add fennel to taste. It gives it a nice flavor.
