1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil 1 Cup Uncooked Rice 1 (7 oz) Can of Tomato Sauce 1 Tablespoon Fiesta Brand Spanish Rice Seasoning 2 Cups Water
Heat oil in a pan with a tight fitting lid. Add rice and fry it until it starts to turn brown. Stir in tomato sauce, Spanish rice seasoning, and water and bring to a boil. Cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer on low heat 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed.
