10 Red Potatoes
1 1/2 - 2 containers of Top the Tater
2 bunches Green Onions diced
1/2 - 1 lb. (about a package) cooked/pre-cooked Bacon diced
2 c Shredded cheddar Cheese
2 tbls Mayonaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into small bite size pieces boil until tender. Drain and cool potatoes completely. Mix Top the Tater and mayonnaise until creamy. Add most of the diced green onions, bacon and cheddar cheese, save some for garnish on top. Add mixture to cooled potatoes and carefully stir until potatoes are coated. Sprinkle remaining green onions, bacon and cheese on the top.
