30 large fresh mushrooms
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 cup of shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup of mayo
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
2 tsp. spicy brown mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. cajon seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
3. Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture.
4. Place on a cookie sheet, bake uncovered.

Bake at 350º for 16-20 minutes
