1lb butter
4 oz 10x sugar - plus extra for later
8 oz bread flour
8 oz cake flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 ounces pecans (toasted and finely chopped)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter/sugar mix. Add pecans. Use small scoop.
Bake at 350º until very light golden brown. Allow to cool slightly then roll in 10x sugar while still a little warm. Before serving add another coat of 10x sugar.

When adding pecans make sure they are cooled from the toasting.
