1/2 cup butter 4 oz buttersweet chocolate 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 1/4 cup sugar 2 tsp all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 450º. Use double boiler to melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs, yolks, and sugar until thick and light yellow. Fold in chocolate, then add flour. Fill greased and sugared ramekins until 3/4 full. Bake 6-7 minutes; centers will be soft.
