2 egg whites
1 1/2 cup sugar
5 Tbsp cold water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 tsp light corn syrup
vanilla

Directions:
Cook everything but vanilla over double boiler for seven minutes, whisking constantly. After seven minutes beat until coolish and spreadable consistency. Add one tablespoon vanilla.
