10 oz butter (room temp)
8oz brown sugar
1 egg
13 oz bread flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Once combined add flour. Mix until smooth, but be careful to not overmix (might have to finish by hand). Ball and cover in saran wrap. Allow to chill before rolling out.
Bake at 350º until light golden brown.

If edges start to brown more than bottom cover in aluminum foil.
If using in a tart that will be baked, cook shell a little less.
