8 oz box elbow macaroni
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced jarred pimentos, drained
1/4 cup onions, diced
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni for 8 minutes in boiling water. Drain and set
aside.
Saute pimentos and onions lightly in 3 Tbsp margarine. Transfer
sauteed mixture to large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Mix
and season with salt to taste. Pour into greased casserole dish.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350.
