2 deep dish pie crusts
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup 10X sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla
1 qt fresh strawberries
10 oz carton frozen sweetened strawberries
8 oz Cool Whip

(can use blueberry pie filling in place of strawberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice fresh strawberries, sugar generously and refrigerate
overnight.
Brown and cool pie crusts.
Mix whipping cream until stiff and refrigerate.
Cream together cream cheese, 10X sugar and vanilla.

In large clear bowl:
Bottom layer - crushed pie crusts.
Next layer - cream cheese mixture.
Then strawberries.
Top with 8 oz of Cool Whip.
