1 C couscous
8 oz. green beans, precooked, cooled, and chopped
2/3 C hazelnuts, chopped
1 1/2 C chicken broth
2 green onions, chopped
2 T wine vinegar
1/4 C and 2 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat chicken broth
Add 1 cup couscous, cover and set aside until broth is absorbed
When cool, add green beans
Add green onions
Add olive oil, wine vinegar, and chopped hazelnuts
Chill for the flavors to blend.
