2 lbs.ground meat (beef, or combo of beef & turkey
3 eggs
bread crumbs
dry onion soup mix
sourkraut
canned whole cranberries
Bennett's Chilli Sauce
light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs and dry onion soup mix together,
Make small balls and place into oblong baking dish. (single or double layer)

Sauce: 16oz. can drained saurkraut
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 bottle Bennett's chilli sauce
same amount water
1 cup brown sugar
Blend sauce together heating slightly in microwave to melt the cranberry sauce.
Pour over the meatballs
Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Makes approx. 70 balls
