2 lbs.ground meat (beef, or combo of beef & turkey 3 eggs bread crumbs dry onion soup mix sourkraut canned whole cranberries Bennett's Chilli Sauce light brown sugar
Mix meat, eggs, bread crumbs and dry onion soup mix together, Make small balls and place into oblong baking dish. (single or double layer)
Sauce: 16oz. can drained saurkraut 1 can whole cranberry sauce 1 bottle Bennett's chilli sauce same amount water 1 cup brown sugar Blend sauce together heating slightly in microwave to melt the cranberry sauce. Pour over the meatballs Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes. Makes approx. 70 balls
