4 oz. blue cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 - 15 oz. can asparagus spears
1 loaf white bread
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix blue cheese, cream cheese and egg together with mixer. Roll each slice of bread flat. Spread each slice with cheese mixture. Lay 1 asparagus spear on slice and roll. Cut into thirds. Dip pieces in butter. Place in ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
