6 eggs beaten, salt & pepper
2 C. milk
dash of dry mustard
mushrooms (optional)
4-6 slices of bread, cut in pieces
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. pork sausage (Italian)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, mustard and put in 9x13 pan over the bread pieces. Brown sausage and drain. Sprinkle on top of mixture. (Add mushrooms if desired.) Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage. Refrigerate overnight, covered. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
