1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded lettus
1 can diced tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in large skillet and drain. Add seasoning mix, tomatoes and 2 cups of water; stir and bring to boil. Stir in rice; sprinkle with cheese and cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes. Top with lettuce before serving.
