10 slices white bread-cubed and crust cut off.
1 lb cooked sausage - crumbled.
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese.
6 beaten eggs.
1 cup milk.
1 cup light cream.
1 tsp salt..
1/2 tsp. Worchestersire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper.
1/2 can of mushrooms (halves).

Directions:

Grease 9 X 13 pan - arrange layers of bread, cooked sausage, cheese, mushrooms and combine rest of ingredients - pour over top. Regrigerate overnight. Bake 350 covered for 45 min..
