Stick of butter
1 1/4 cups uncooked long grain rice
1 can of Campbell's Beef broth
1 can of Cambell's Onion Soup
1/4 cup water
1 can of sliced mushrooms- drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt stick of butter in the bottom of baking dish. Pour on rice. Pour in can of beef broth. Pour in can of onion soup. Pour in 1/4 cup water. Pour mushrooms on top. Bake covered for 1- 1/2 hours.
