1/2 bottle of Russian dressing
1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix (dry)
1/2 jar of apricot preserves
boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix together Russian dressing, soup mix, and apricot preserves (mix to taste).
Pour mixture over chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
