3 Large cucumbers
Large foil tray
1 tablespoon salt
Lemon Pepper

Large White Bread

2-3 packs of cherry tomatoes
Tuna Fish, made anyway you like it, just remember it has to
be broken up very fine and a litter dryer then you normally have it.

Cucumber Sandwiches
Peel cucumbers, scrap sides of cucumbers with fork to make ridges.
Slice cucumbers into 1" slices
Place in large foil tray filled with salted water.
cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove cucumbers onto paper towel to dry off. Dry out foil pan, as you will need this for the sandwiches,Cut circles, (size of the cucumber) out of white bread using cookie cutter. Make sure cucumbers are really dry. Spread mayonnaise onto bread, cover with cucumbers, sprinkle with lemon paper. Lay them flat in foil pan, separating each layer with wax paper. Cover and refrigerate 2 hrs.

Tuna Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Remove top from cherry tomatoes
drain upside down on paper towel
When well drained,fill with tuna
Cover and refrigerate
(Babe like to sprinkle paprika on these)
