3/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. unsweetened evaporated milk
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 (12 oz..) pkg. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter, evaporated milk and sugar in a large saucepan. Over medium heat, slowly bring to a boil and boil exactly 5 minutes, or until temperature on candy thermometer is 234 degrees. Remove from heat and stir in marshallow cream, chocolate chips, and vanilla. Stir until completely blended. Stir in nuts if desired.
Spread into a well-greased 9X13 inch dish. Allow to cool completely. Cut into squares.
