1 18 oz. jar pineapple or apricot preserves
1 18 oz jar apple jelly
1 oz dry mustard
2 oz horseradish
2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix preserves, jelly, dry mustard, pepper and horseradish. Depending on taste, may want to add more or less horseradish and dry mustard. This recipe should have a "kick" to it! Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over softened cream cheese.

Great to have on hand for a quick appetizer. This recipe will keep in the refrigerator for up to three months, if it lasts that long!
