1-#10 can whole tomatoes, chopped
6- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 head garlic peeled, minced
6 medium yellow onions, chopped
3 bay leaves
Salt and pepper
4 pickled jalapeņo seeded, chopped per qt
1-1 1/2 cups jalapeņo juice
1 TBS dried basil
6 TBS oil

Directions:
Heat oil in 10 quart stock pot. Add onions and saute till clear. Add remaining ingredients and lower heat. Simmer for 5 - 6 hours stir occasionally, do not cover. Sterilize the jars in the dish washer and heat lids on stove for canning.
