Kay's Lasagna Recipe

1 lb ground beef (cook & drained)
1 small onion
2 lg cans Spaghetti Sauce (I use Del Monte "Meat" flavor)
1 sm can tomato paste
Garlic salt

Combine all ingredients and bubble in large pot. Remove from heat. (this is layer #2)

In a small bowl combine the following:
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
salt & pepper
dash of nutmet
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese

You will also need:
6 oven ready lasagna noodles & 8 oz mozerella cheese

Layer in a 9x13 the following (in this order)
1. 3 noodles
2. 1/2 the sauce
3. 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture (spread slightly)
4. 1/2 the mozerella cheese

Repeat all steps 1-4 and cover lightly with foil

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
