Peppers
2 c water
1 c vinegar
1 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt to each jar
1/4 c mazola oil to each jar

Directions:
Directions:
Clean pappers of seeds. Cut up peppers length wise or round. Wilt in boiling water with 1 tsp salt for 5 min. Drain. Pack in hot jars. Heat brine: water, vinegar, and sugar. Pour brine over peppers and add 1/2 tsp salt to each jar. Add 1/4 cup of mazola oil. Seal tight and water bath for 10-15 minutes to seal.
