1 Egg
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Evaporated milk
1 tsp Vanilla
3/4 c Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 c Chopped raw apple
1/2 c Nut meats
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, sugar & vanilla. Sift together & add flour, baking soda, cinnamon & salt. Add apple & nut meats. Put in 9 X 9 greased pan. Mix the 2 tbsp sugar & cinnamon, spread on top of the batter. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Cool.
