6 large boneless chicken breasts
12 slices swiss cheese (I used 6)
6 slices Ham
2 C. Italian Bread crumbs
1/2 C. Flour
4 eggs
2 TBSP Milk
cooking oin for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk in a small bowl.
Combine flour and breadcrumbs in a larger bowl.
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4 inch between wax paper.
Place 1 slice swiss cheese on breast, followed by a slice of ham, then another slice of cheese.
Tuck in sides of chicken and roll into a tight roll. Secure with toothpicks.
Dip Chicken into egg mixture, place into breadcrumbs and coat thoroughly.
Repeat for all breasts, then place into refrigerator for a minimum of 30 min.(can be over night)
Pre-heat oven to 350º
Heat oil in frying pan and saute until golden brown.
Place chicken on baking sheet, cover with foil and bake 35-40 min.
