1/2 c Crisco
1 c Sugar
5 tbsp Cocoa
2 c Flour
2 Egg yolks, Not beaten
1 c Milk
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all wet ingredients, then combine & add the dry ingredients. Drop on Teflon or greased with Crisco cookie sheet by small tbsp until done (cake like). Makes about 12-15 cakes.

Whoopie Pie Filling:
1/2 c Crisco
2 c Confection of sugar
2 Egg whites
1 tsp Vanilla
pinch of salt
Beat all ingredients together & fill the inside of two whoopie pies at a time.
