1 c coarsely chopped cranberries
2 c Flour
3 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 c Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Sugar
1/2 c Walnuts (optional)
2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 c Melted butter

Preheat oven to 350, Mix all dry ingredients together, then add to combined wet ingredients. Bake for 55 minutes
