Meatballs:
8 slices dry bread
2 pounds ground beef
4 eggs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup snipped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons salt
Dash of pepper

Sauce:
32 oz. tomatoes, undrained or 4-6 cups of fresh. Add water to get to 32 oz
4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
2 - 4 oz. cans undrained mushrooms
4- 6 oz. cans tomato paste
12 oz. water
Dash of hot sauce

Combine all ingredients. simmer two hours. Add meatballs.

This can be made with ground beef only. Brown meat with garlic, onions in oil. Add to sauce before you simmer for two hours.
