1 can shoepeg corn drained
1 can black beans drained
1 green pepper chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
4 green onions chopped
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1 jalapeņo pepper chopped
2 T fresh cilantro or 1 T dried
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1/2 cup French dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving. Serve with scoop chips of your choice.
Can substitute canned tomatoes or jalapeņo peppers if fresh is not available
