1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Cook hamburger, onion and garlic until hamburger is brown and onion is soft.

Add brown sugar to water and let melt.

Then add ketchup and water mixture to hamburger.
Boil until some of the liquid evaporated.

Add 1 tbsp. of molasses.
Simmer about 15 minutes.

Serve on hamburger buns and top with cheese.

This is a nice sweeter Sloppy Joe, I prefer over the spicy ones.
