6 slices of bacon- bacon drippings 3/4 C. chopped onions 2 T. flour 2 T. Sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 C. water 1/3 C. cider vinegar 1/2 C. chopped celery 6 medium red potatos -boiled and sliced
Cook the bacon til crisp, remove bacon. Fry the onions in the bacon drippings. Add the flour, sugar, salt, water, vinegar, celery and cook til thickended. Add the bacon and the boiled/sliced potatos. Serve warm
