2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
3 medium over-ripe bananas, cut in pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, mashed bananas, milk and add alternately to the flour mixture. When well blended, pour into a greased bread pan, and bake at 350º for one hour or until inserted knife comes out clean. Cool and serve.

Add 1 c. walnuts and 3/4 c. mini chocolate chips if desired.
Line pans with wax paper for easy cleanup!
