6 c. chopped rhubarb
7 c. water
2 c. sugar
10 c. club soda
3/4 c. orange juice concentrate
3/4 c. lemonade concentrate

Directions:
Directions:
Bring 4 c. water & rhubarb to boil, simmer 5-8 minutes. Mash and strain. Add sugar to mixture. Add concentrate and remaining water. Freeze.

TO SERVE:
Ice cream scoop frozen rhubarb slush into glass. Equal amounts of slush and soda goes into each glass. Great summer-time drink.
