1 can pitted bing cherries (3 1/2 C.)
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 package orange flavored Jello
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 3 ounce bottle pimento stuffed green olives, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Drain cherries, reserving syrup. Add water to cherry syrup and lemon juice to make 1 3/4 cups liquid. Heat. Pour over gelatin and stir till dissolved. Chill until partially set. Add cherries, nuts, and olives. Pour into individual molds or shallow pan. Service on lettuce with mayonnaise.
