1 medium onion
1/2 cup butter
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
1 large can tomatoes (or 3 cans of Rotel tomatoes, undrained)
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 cup green onions, chopped fine
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and cleaned
1 large can Parmesan cheese (or sliced Velveeta cheese)
8 ounce box spaghetti, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 325º.

Saute onions and garlic in butter until slightly brown and tender. Add tomatoes, peppers, green onions, parsley. Cook on low. Add peeled and cleaned shrimp and let cook uncovered on medium heat, 10-15 minutes.

Put layer of cooked spaghetti, layer of shrimp sauces, and half the cheese. Repeat this again.

Bake for 30 minutes.
