1 c. grits (quick cooking kind) 4 c. water 1 box jiffy corn bread mix 1 c. milk 1 pound sausage 1 c. shredded cheese 1 stick butter 4 eggs 1 t. salt
Add 1 cup grits to 4 cups boiling water, 1 t. salt, 1 stick of butter for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Brown sausage and drain. Beat 4 eggs with 1 c. milk. Mix all together and add 1 box jiffy corn bread mix. Put in a 9x13 dish and cover with cheese. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
