Ingredients:
6 med sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 cup Light brown sugar
Pancake syrup
Pumpkin Pie spice
Butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Slice cooked yams in half lengthwise and place in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread brown sugar over each yam. Dash pumpkin pie spice over each. Squirt a ribbon of pancake syrup over yams- not too much or it will be too sweet. Place a pat of butter over each yam. Add about 1/4" of water to pan, more if you like juice. Cover with foil and put 3 small slits to let steam escape. Bake for 1 hour. Cool slightly before serving.
