2 lbs. Powdered sugar
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
food coloring
Flavoring extracts of your choice (i.e. mint, vanilla, orange, almond, lemon)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese.
Add flavoring and coloring as desired. Make appropriate size balls.
Roll the balls in sugar. Push into molds (flexible molds work best).
Take out of mold and let sit out for 24 hours. Freezes well.
