2 or 3 Lg Bananas, very ripe
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1t Salt
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Cup Butter, melted
1t Baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas well, Stir in other ingredients. Pour into three small buttered loaf pans.
Bake at 325 for 1 hour, check after 50 min. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
