4 egg yolks, beaten
1 large pkg cook and serve chocolate pudding
1 small pkg cook and serve chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups canned milk
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 stick butter
2 regular pie crusts
4 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Directions:
In a med saucepan, add eggs, milk, water, and pudding. Stir to mix thoroughly. Put in butter and cook over med heat until thickened. Prick bottom of thawed pie crusts and pour equal amounts of pudding for each pie. In a separate bowl, add egg whites and a heaping 1/2 tsp cream of tarter. Beat with mixer, in a glass bowl, on high until fluffy. Add 1 tbsp sugar for each egg white and 1 tsp vanilla. Continue beating until stiff. Spread onto pies, sealing at edge. Bake at 400 until brown.
