1 lb. white candy coating or white chocolate, chopped into pieces
6 large Candy canes, crushed into 1/4-inch pieces
1/4 tsp. Peppermint oil

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Place candy coating in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, remove and stir. Continue to microwave at 1 minute increments until candy coating has melted. Stir in candy cane pieces and peppermint oil, mix well. Pour onto prepared cookie sheet; spread evenly. Chill until firm, 25-30 minutes. Break into pieces, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
