2 cubes soft butter or margarine
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 large can filling (lb. 14 oz.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine and add eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla and baking powder and salt. Add flour 1 cup at a time mixing well before adding next cup. Spread 1/2 of the batter on a greased cookie sheet. Spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter over filling. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until browned. After cooling slightly drizzle white icing over top.
