4-6 chicken breasts
1 large can of red enchilada sauce -mild
1 small can green chile sauce -mild
1 pound shredded cheese
1 package tortilla shells

Directions:
Directions:
Slow cook chicken in red enchilada sauce for 5-7 hours. Chicken should shred with fork easily . Pull chicken out of sauce and save the sauce. Layer shredded chicken, cheese, and green chile sauce on each tortilla. Roll up and place in greased baking dish. Ladle a spoonful of red sauce over each enchilada and top with shredded cheese and slice black olives to your liking. Cook in 375 degrees until heated thoroughly.
