1/2 stick butter
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic
salt
2 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. flour
4 cups chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter in Dutch oven melt, add mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley and salt and saute

Mix flour and paprika add to mushroom mixture to make a paste.

Then add chicken stock mix well let simmer for 30 minutes.

Put a tablespoon of sour cream in bottom of bowl then ladle soup on top and serve.
