5 Cups Flour
1 Pkg. Yeast, Dissolved in 1/4 Cup Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Cups Buttermilk
1 Cup Shortening
1 Teaspoon Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and flour until mealy. Combine all ingredients. Store in air tight container, refrigerated until time to bake. Roll out 1/4-inch thick; cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 425 until golden brown. This will keep in refrigerator for weeks.
