2 1/2 Pounds Chuck Roast, completely trimmed of fat and cut into small bite-sized pieces
2 Quarts Water
6 Cups Potatoes, Chopped Small
1 Cup Carrots, Chopped Small
1/2 Cup Worchestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder (must be powder)
1 Can Rotel
1 Can Tomato Soup
1 Cup Onions, Chopped Small
1/2 Cup A-1 Sauce
3 Teaspoons Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sear meat in large pot. Add water, tomato soup, sauces, Rotel, and vegetables. Add all seasonings except for salt. Cook over medium heat until liguid begins to thicken. Add salt. Continue cooking over medium heat until meat and vegetables are all tender.
