2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon mint extract
1/2 cup cocoa
3 cups oatmeal
1 pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place sugar, mint extract, cocoa, salt, milk and butter on medium heat in saucepan until boiling, stirring constantly.

Add oatmeal and peanut butter. Remove from heat.

Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
