2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/3 cups butterscotch morsels
1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.

Grease baking sheets.

Mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

Beat together butter and brown sugar; beat in eggs; stir in vanilla and rum extract.

Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Fold in nuts, butterscotch and chocolate chips.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart, on prepared sheets. Flatten each ball slightly.

Bake 10-15 minutes.
